2. What data we process and why

When you write to us by email, by WhatsApp or through the contact form on this website, we process your name, contact details and anything you include in your message, in order to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare and organise projects, mobilities, courses or other activities you ask us about. The legal basis is your consent and, where you ask us to prepare an activity, the steps taken at your request before an agreement (article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our mailbox and are not stored on the website.

When you browse this website, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages visited, for security and to keep the website working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security of the website (article 6.1.f GDPR).

Third-party content. The YouTube videos and the map on our Contact page are provided by Google and are only loaded if you accept them. See our cookie policy.

If you take part in one of our projects, mobilities or courses, we will give you specific information about how we handle your data at that point.

3. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as needed to deal with your request or the activity you take part in, and afterwards for the periods required by law, for example to meet the reporting obligations of European programmes.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except when required by law or when needed to manage an activity (for example, with the Erasmus+ National Agency or partner organisations involved in your mobility).

We use service providers who process data on our behalf: our web hosting provider (STRATO, in the European Union), our email provider (Google) and, if you contact us that way, WhatsApp (Meta). Google and Meta may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to ameyfe@gmail.com, stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Minors

Children under 14 must have the consent of their parents or legal guardians before sending us their personal data.
