On the Tripartite Foundation website, you can find free courses for employed workers, funded through the national training initiative.

Once you select the search criteria in the search engine, a list will appear with basic information about all the training courses currently available at the time of the search. Clicking the «expand» link will take you to all the course information (duration, location, content, registration, etc.).

The call for training grants is primarily aimed at workers employed at the state level and includes the signing of collaboration agreements for the implementation of various types of training plans:

  • Intersectoral, for the acquisition of skills that cut across several economic sectors. They include training for the legal representatives of workers necessary for the performance of their duties.
  • Intersectoral courses aimed at workers and partners in the social economy.
  • Intersectoral for self-employed workers.
  • Sectoral, aimed at workers in a specific productive sector and at the retraining and reskilling of workers from another sector in crisis.


The following may apply for aid:

  • The most representative business and trade union organizations at the state level.
  • The most representative business and trade union organizations in an economic sector at the state level and the joint bodies created or supported by collective bargaining.
  • Social economy organizations with sufficient presence at the state level.
  • Associations of self-employed workers with sufficient presence at the national level

This training initiative is contemplated in Order TAS/718/2008, which regulates the vocational training subsystem for employment in the area of ​​supply-side training, and includes the participation of the European Social Fund.
